Add User

Create a new user and assign their access.

Each user can have one role.
Select one or more departments this user is allowed to access. Admin and Super Admin automatically have access to all departments.
Select one or more tags.

Add Role

Create or update a role and its access.

Inactive roles cannot be assigned to new users.

Permissions

Control page, table, field, and action access for this role.
No permission resources have been configured yet.

Add Tag

Create or update a tag available to users.

Inactive tags remain stored but cannot be assigned to new users.

Add Department

Create or update a department available throughout Logix.

Used internally by Logix. You can change it before creation, but it becomes permanent after the department is created.
Inactive departments remain available for historical records and existing assignments but cannot be newly assigned.
